I use the time between clients to thoroughly sanitize and reset the space just for you. If you arrive early, I kindly ask that you wait in your car until your scheduled time. • Come Solo: To maintain a peaceful, focused environment and ensure everyone’s comfort, please come to your appointment alone. • Cancellation Policy: Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. However, if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the service total as a cancellation fee. Thank you so much for your understanding and support. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I deeply value the opportunity to provide you with personalized service. In order to respect my time and the time of all my clients, the following policies are in place:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
I completely understand that life happens—if an unavoidable issue or emergency comes up, I’ll do my best to accommodate and work with you. That said, I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so I can adjust my schedule accordingly and offer the time to someone else.
